For more information visit: or Job Summary Magnolia Capital is currently seeking an HR and Office Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, assisting in daily office needs, and supporting our companys HR team and staff. The ideal candidate will be efficient, resourceful, and adaptable to the fast-paced demands of our office environment. This position is based out of our HQ in Chicago. Essential Job Functions Human Resources Support: Assist the HR team with scheduling onboarding/offboarding meetings and interviews, ordering welcome packages and uniforms. Schedule new hire check ins and course completion. Office Management: Maintain office policies and procedures, including inventory management and procurement of office supplies. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate staff members. Administrative Support: Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences. Arrange catering, equipment, and logistics for events as required. Ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently. Other Duties: Perform other administrative duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the office. Education And Experience Bachelor's Degree required Prior office management experience is preferred Proficiency in MS Office and office management software (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word). Previous experience with office management preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
