IT Intake Manager

Role: IT Intake Manager Duration: 2 Months Location: Edison, NJ Responsibilities: - Manage the DTS intake process to ensure all new IT requests are evaluated for technical alignment and strategic fit. Develop IT resource plan and cost for project - Manage team of IT Solution Analysts - Responsible for prioritizing demands that come in thru the project request process - Create weekly demand status report - Communicate with Operational stakeholders on status of requests - Partner with business planning team to ensure DTS costs are included in overall Business Plan - Improve and optimize DtS intake process
