What youll be doing: Assists user community with the documentation and resolution of requests for service that originate (via phone and online) with the Oakland County IT Service Desk. Coordinates assignment of requests with appropriate IT staff to ensure timely and effective resolution. Must have great verbal and written communication Required Skills: 3+ years in a Help Desk support role Hands-on experience in Microsoft enterprise environments Hands-on experience Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar Experience with Microsoft InTune is a plus Associates Degree or Bachelor Degree is preferred *Blue Chip Talent will not be sponsoring visas or accepting C2C for this position at this time.
