JOB REQUIREMENTS: Medical Technologist Sr - Microbiology - 34780 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time, FTE 1.0, 1st shift position. Monday through Friday, day shift. Rotating weekends and holidays Pay : * External hires may be eligible for up to a /$4,000.00 sign on bonus. We are seeking a Senior Medical Technologist (MT) - Microbiology to: * Provide daily direction to other laboratory staff regarding laboratory workload, policies, procedures, and recommend adjustments to staffing, policies and procedures. * Perform routine to complex lab testing. Bring forth the specialized scientific and technical knowledge essential to perform lab testing . * Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, ability to work independently, and the ability to take on teaching/training responsibilities as needed. * Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and problem resolution.
