To learn more, please visit In order to be considered a candidate for this position, you must submit your resume/application and complete the Culture Index Survey below: Supervise a staff of up to 16 team members performing work in Manufacturing and Order Processing. Plans, organizes and ensures the execution of daily shift printing operations to achieve daily, weekly and monthly production goals. This position has supervisory and administrative responsibilities. The position reports to Director of the DC. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervises the daily work of team members performing duties in the designated areas of responsibility Leads the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced distribution environment, to ensure optimal utilization of equipment and manpower Conducts training of team members in use and care of equipment, production process and IT systems used on the production floor Cross-trains team members to allow for maximum flexibility of production operations Assists in development of SOPs Ensures the work being performed meets or exceeds quality standards Ensures work is being accomplished per safety standards for process and team members Ensures efficiency and productivity standards are met Ensures team members comply with company policies and procedures Completes reporting on output and all tracked metrics, and communicates this to management on a daily basis Coaches team members, completing disciplinary action when necessary Assists in creating a performance review tool, and conducts performance reviews on an annual basis Communicates team performance to team on a daily and weekly basis Other duties as assigned Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Accountability /Adaptability Accepting responsibility that results in anticipation or prevention of problem areas, and problem solving inside and outside the department or organization. Experience and Skills Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Supervisory experience preferred Expertise in multi-format printing systems and equipment Other qualifications as listed on current Warehouse Supervisor profile While performing this job, the employee is regularly exposed to forklifts and motorized conveyors. The employee's work will be performed in a non-climate controlled warehouse 90% (estimated) of the time, with the other 10% (estimated) being performed in an office environment. The employee will be exposed to moderate noise levels. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
