Daily tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which include reprographic services, and shipping and receiving Maintain and monitor tidiness in break areas Stocking the break areas with refreshments and general supplies Take inventory of office supplies; identifying when to replenish and how much Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments Receiving material shipments and re-stocking, keeping storage spaces orderly Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed Take directions from supervisor or site manager Participate in cross-training Provide backfill as needed QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Computer experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google suite preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills REQUIREMENTS Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to learn various programs and applications Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. Ability to consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and policies, and company safety standards Accountability to meet the employer's attendance policy Ability to take and follow directions Professional presence "The pay range for this position starts at $17.50/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
