Private Equity Mid-Level/Senior Level Attorney

Our client, a globally recognized leader in Private Equity, is seeking a highly qualified mid-level to senior associate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join their award-winning Private Equity Group. This position offers an opportunity to work with one of the top-ranked PE practices, known for executing more buyouts and growth equity deals than any other firm globally. Key Responsibilities: Manage and execute a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including: Mergers and acquisitions Leveraged recapitalizations Growth equity and venture capital transactions Exits and equity compensation Work independently on transaction components while collaborating effectively within larger deal teams. Maintain and foster strong relationships with internal and external clients and counsel.
