* THIS IS A 100% ON-SITE POSITION, LOCATED AT OUR NOVI, MICHIGAN HEADQUARTERS* The Michigan Milk Producers Association is looking for an experienced Cloud Network Engineer to join the team, in our Novi, MI headquarters. As a Cloud Network Engineer, you will provision, deploy, configure, and administer a range of security-related hardware and software, including Windows Servers, Hyper-V, Azure Cloud, O365, SD-WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, and various network monitoring tools. In addition, you will perform network-based security risk assessments, help design new infrastructure solutions as the association expands or replaces its system architecture ABOUT US: The Michigan Milk Producers Association (MMPA) - established in 1916 - is a dairy farmer-owned and operated milk marketing cooperative and dairy processor. As the 10th largest dairy cooperative in the U.S., MMPA serves dairy farmers throughout Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Indiana, employing approximately 625 people in four states. In addition to a cheese plant in Indiana called the Middlebury Cheese Company, and a dairy product plant in Ohio called Superior Dairy, MMPA operates two SQF Level 3 dairy ingredient plants in Michigan. Products made at MMPA's plants include fluid milk, cheese, ultra-filtered milk, ice cream, butter, nonfat dry milk, cream, and condensed skim milk. Maintain physical and virtual environment to protect servers, switches, and entire information technology system while balancing overall load. Maintain firewall, zero trust network, web, and email security programs, protocols, and security. Document current network environment including device mapping, VLAN attributes, and security protocol implementations and maintain future documentation throughout infrastructure changes. Handling and troubleshooting issues with NAT. Configure and maintain private cloud initiatives (Azure/AWS/O365) Troubleshooting DNS/DHCP issues within the network Involved in troubleshooting network traffic and its diagnosis using toolsets such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and TCP dump. IP subnetting and various designing and allocating classes of IP address to the domain. Configure and deploy QOS and defined class of service (COS) WRED and WFQ for bandwidth management. Design and deploy various network security & high availability security products, including Zero Trust networking. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree or required work experience of seven or more years in related cloud infrastructure configuration and management, as well as LAN network configuration. Knowledge of various PC hardware and software applications including: Knowledge of Cisco IOS, Cisco VPN, Zero Trust Network (Zscaler), HP/Aruba, NextGen Firewall Technologies Ubiquiti Networking Hardware. Cloud based services (Azure, AWS). Multi-factor Authentication. Zero Trust Security. Knowledge of switch technologies, Cisco / HP Aruba, Ubiquiti Sound knowledge of routing and switching concepts and MPLS and SD-Wan Design Extensive experience in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting firewall appliances, failover DMZ zoning & configuring VLANs/routing/NAT with the firewalls. SD-WAN deployment and management. Effective troubleshooting and documentation skills. Exchange Online, MS Teams (VoIP), Intune, Endpoint protection and other associate Microsoft management tools Experience with platforms such as Intune, Windows Defender, CrowdStrike, Mimecast Experience creating a customer knowledge base.
