Job Summary Hours of Operation: Monday thru Friday 7:00am-4:30pm The Territory Manager oversees new business development and grows sales revenue for ACR Supply in their designated region. Develops sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability. Responsibilities and Duties Identifies revenue opportunities within customers' communities through communications, programs and other activities as needed. Seeks out new business in the local market, increasing territory sales revenue year over year. Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales within the company's established trading partners, maximizing retention and growth of current customers. Categorizes and prioritizes accounts, and allocates time to highest priorities. Develops sales strategies, evaluates accounts, assesses sales performance, and creates strong protective relationships with accounts to maximize sales. Maintains open communication and improves relations with internal and external customers. Seeks sales innovation and technology enhancements. Telephones prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline. Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities. Works closely with Operations team, Inside Sales team, Sales Director, and Marketing Associate. Responds to requests from customers for information and follows up promptly. Matches programs to customer requirements and closes. contracts for defined programs. Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments in the B2B infrastructure and e-commerce industries. Contact accounts through, but not limited to, in person visits, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company. Manage calendar, set meetings, and update numbers through Stratmax and Ninety. This position requires the use of one's personal phone. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1-year experience with Microsoft Outlook or platform using email and calendar 3 years' experience working in CSR or equivalent experience in the HVAC-R or relative industry A Current and Valid Driver's License Preferred Qualification 3-5 years of paid experience working as a CSR in the HVAC industry 5 or more years in a customer service-related role providing customer service via through customer facing, phone, and/or internet means 5 years applying HVAC-R product knowledge in a customer service position Associates Degree or Higher 1 or more years proven experience proactive selling above customer's initial request W ork Environment: This position routinely works indoors, and in various settings with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely sits in a motor vehicle for extended amounts of time. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The team member frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The team member is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
