Associate Director, Platform Data Services - Evinova Join us on our journey to create the future of medicine at AstraZeneca! We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Platform Data Services who will own the vision and roadmap for operational data across the Evinova Platform. This role is a unique opportunity to be a product owner for an agile team focused on reusable back-end platform services for operational data. You will ensure that application teams across the Drug Development Suite have consistent and reliable access to clinical operations data. Accountabilities: As an Associate Director, you will establish a vision and roadmap for clinical operations data in the Evinova Platform, including development priorities for new and existing platform data services. You will provide subject matter expertise related to clinical operations data sets, develop robust user stories and requirements to guide development efforts, and fulfill product owner responsibilities within one or more agile teams. You will also manage stakeholder communications, complete GxP documentation assigned to this role, and provide input to data-related activities for regulatory inspections and audits. Why Evinova? Essential Skills/Experience: At least 6 years industry experience with Master's or 8 years with Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field Strong understanding of and experience working with clinical operations data Experience with clinical operations systems, such as CTMS, EDC, and RTSM/IRT Strong grasp of modern data pipelines and technology Demonstrated understanding of GxP and regulatory requirements Experience as a product manager or owner working with agile teams Exposure to Digital Patient Solutions data in the context of clinical trials Proven communication and stakeholder management skills across seniority levels Desirable Skills/Experience: Experience in Oncology R&D At AstraZeneca, we are working towards our ambition to become a healthcare provider beyond medicines. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
