Lifeguard, Thomas E Hannah YMCA

LIfeguard must hold current Red Cross and/or YMCA Lifeguard certification or comparable national cert. (If you do not have a current Lifeguard certification, please contact Aquatics Director at the Thomas E. Hannah YMCA.) Lifeguard must be certified in CPR for the Pro Rescuer and First Aid Must be at least 16 years of age and in high school or graduated Must be able to complete any and all required training and employee application process as well as any other required certifications as the job progresses Must be able to make sound decisions in a stressful aquatics environment Lifting up to 100 pounds may be required Working around chemicals may be required Be alert with no lapses in consciousness YMCA of Greater Spartanburg is an EEO employer - M/F/Vets/Disabled
