Full-time Occupational Medicine Physician Needed We seek a qualified Occupational Medicine Physician to become an integral part of our team. This position involves evaluating and managing the health needs of our patients, with a focus on injury and illness prevention in the workplace. A solid understanding of workplace health regulations is crucial, alongside the capability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Our mission is to promote the health and well-being of our employees and the communities we serve, delivering comprehensive occupational health services that boost workplace safety and enhance productivity. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 pm Salary : $275,000 to $320,000 a year with full benefits Job Responsibilities: Conduct thorough medical evaluations and examinations Diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses, providing appropriate medical care and follow-up. Develop and implement health programs to promote well-being and prevent occupational hazards. Collaborate with HR, safety personnel, and management to address workplace health concerns and improve safety protocols. Provide training and education on health and safety issues to employees and management. Perform fitness-for-duty assessments and return-to-work evaluations. Stay current with occupational health regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation. Participate in workplace health initiatives, health screenings, and vaccination programs. Requirements Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine. DOT certification preferred. DEA number and NPI required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or a related area. Valid medical license to practice in Colorado state. Experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or a related area preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
