Immediate need for a talented Claims Coordinator. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Newark, DE (Onsite). Key Responsibilities:Identify and obtain information and documentation essential for case disposition.Participate in settlement negotiations, establish extended payment arrangements.Prepare and distribute related correspondence and monitor case status.Assisting in preparing invoices for goods or services rendered.Verifying billing information and resolving discrepancies.Maintaining billing records and documentation.Generating billing reports and statements.Responding to customer inquiries regarding billing issues.Assisting with data entry and processing billing transactions.Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate billing.Following up on outstanding invoices and processing payments.Assisting with other billing-related tasks as needed.A Junior Billing Clerk should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in spreadsheet and billing software may be required.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills: High School graduate or equivalent.5-10 years of experience.Medical billingclaims experience.Claims, billing and correction experience.Knowledge of claims and or subrogation of process and systems.Proficient in computerized information systems and paralegal.Our client is a leading Energy Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
