IT Business Analyst

A healthcare network located in New York City is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves working closely with both business units and IT departments to analyze and enhance business systems, processes, and models.**This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.Responsibilities:The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for:Collaborating with process owners and users to gather and define business requirementsAssisting business units in documenting user guides and manualsFacilitating digital transformation efforts by analyzing and translating processes to drive change managementActing as the liaison between IT and business units, translating complex technical and business needs between stakeholdersAnalyzing and improving technical systems, business models, and processesSupporting new business technology sourcing and implementationProducing reports on application development and providing data analysis to inform business decisionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field4+ years of experience in business analysis or process analysisStrong written and oral communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in word-processing and diagramming toolsAnalytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger pictureExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsAbility to build trust and maintain integrity in client relationshipsDesired Skills:Experience in healthcare business systemsFamiliarity with change management and digital transformation processesStrong interpersonal skills, with empathy and patience
