Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. is hiring a Wealth Advisor that may be located in one of the following office locations: Indianapolis, Grand Rapids, Chicago or Cincinnati. Position Summary: The Wealth Advisor serves as the lead advisor to existing individual clients as well as to G2G3 of UHNW multi-generational families.Duties & Responsibilities:Relationship ManagementParticipate in face to face as well as virtual client meetings, providing clients with informationeducation about the purpose and details of their unique financial planWork directly alongside Managing Director to discuss, strategize, and deliver timely and comprehensive wealth planning advice to current and prospective clientsMaintain, deepen, and expand relationships with existing clients through ongoing communication and interactionDelegate tasks to appropriate internal team members to ensure seamless execution of client's wealth planHave ability to focus on continuing education including internal meetings and external eventsseminarsTroubleshoots client issues and directs effort to conclusionResponsible for overseeing the Client Meeting PreparationAssists in prepares meeting preparation guides, agendas, IPS workflows and reviews meeting files prior to scheduled meetingsOversees all delegation and client follow-up lettersCoordinates and reviews all internal delegations for accuracy and completenessReviews recommendations and implementation strategies developed by technical teams with the Managing DirectorMonitors and helps enhance client profitabilityAdministrative Completes TimeTracker entries timely and accuratelyReads, handles and responds to email and voicemail messagesAttends team and firm meetings including round table discussionsStays current with technical developmentsParticipates in formal educationtraining to enhance areas of expertise, technical skills and leadershipmanagement skillsStrives to increase technical skills through personal researchreadingCompletes special projects as assignedQualifications: College degree in a related field with five to seven years relevant work experienceCFP or Series 65 requiredComputer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelMust have strong analytical skills; the ability to interpretanalyze data and accurate attention to detailMust have industry expertise and high level of knowledge in personal financial planning conceptsMust have the ability to read and understand legal documentsMust have a professional demeanor with the utmost respect for confidential mattersMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal skillsMust be able to work independently and in a team environmentMust have strong work ethic with a positive attitudeMust be detail oriented with excellent organizational skillsMust have ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentWorking Conditions:Limited travel as business needs necessitatesExtended periods of sitting, utilizing a computer
