We are a Nationwide Legal Intake Center, partnering with renowned law firms across the country to handle mass tort claims, medical malpractice cases, police brutality, and discrimination cases.Position Overview:As a Client Service Representative (Paralegal), you will be a key member of our client interaction team, acting as a case contact management representative on behalf of our law firms. We are committed to excellence, attention to detail, and professional communication. In this role, you will facilitate the seamless gathering of essential case-related information, serving as a bridge between our clients and legal teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Communication:Conduct intake calls and assess eligibility for representation.Gather specific information through surveys and client interactions.Provide updates, collect data on medical visits, and inquire about developments related to the client's case.Engage professionally on sensitive topics, such as severe illness, injury, sexual abuse, police brutality, and death.2. Data Collection:Accurately collect and verify all necessary client information.Ensure contact details are current and reliable.3. Project Adaptability:Manage various client-related projects and prioritize tasks based on urgency.Adapt to changing needs and handle multiple tasks efficiently.4. Client Liaison:Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the legal team.Address inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism to ensure client satisfaction.5. Documentation:Maintain thorough records of all client interactions and data collected.Work with the legal team to ensure accurate documentation of case details.Qualifications:Client Service Skills: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and munication: Strong verbal communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and effectively.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data collection and documentation.Adaptability: Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously and adapt to different anizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts effectively.Experience and Requirements:Experience in a paralegal or legal setting.A college degree is pensation and Benefits:$25 per hour, plus benefits.Full-time, 40 hours per week.Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pmEqual Opportunity Employer:Tort Intake Professionals is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
