This position is responsible for day-to-day operation of the two San Francisco locations. The operation manager plays a critical role in enhancing appointment bookings, improving customer satisfaction and driving overall business success.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage daily operations across all departments, ensuring that processes, schedules and flow of appointments are running efficiently and effectively.Establish policy and procedures and treatment protocols to align with Redmint objectives.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies.Manage and mentor staffs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilityConduct regular reviews of operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity.Ensure customer needs are met though efficient operations and high-quality services; address and resolve customer complaintsconcerns in a timely manner; implement customer feedback mechanisms to continuously improve service delivery.Develop and execute promotions and campaigns to enhance retail sales and membership signups in store.Oversee inventory levels, ensuring all stocks are adequately replenished timely.Ensure cleanliness and facility upkeep at the highest standards, all wellness equipment at optimum performances.Assist in all areas of wellness sanctuary operation as requested by management.Special projects as assigned. Duties can change from time to time due to store needs.Education and Experiences Requirements:Minimum of 5 years management experiences in wellness center, spa operations, hotel management, or customer service with strong communication skillsSpaRetailHospitalityFitnessWellnessHolistic healing experience required.Quick learner, organized, and strong attention to detailsPossess excellent problem-solving skills for customer services and staffing concerns; a strong sense of ownership and can-do attitude.Possess the mindset to create impactful client experiences with profound results; Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering top-quality holistic healing service.Proven ability to build a team of skilled practitioners, staffs and an efficient operation platform to provide top-quality services.Strong leadership and team management skillsSF or bay area local resident strongly preferred.
