We have the capacity to machine components up to 3 meters. Our metal fabrication services include grinding, vacuum welding, heat treating, plating and anodizing. We can process many advanced materials, including aluminum, stainless steel, plastics, ferrous-nonferrous and other exotic alloys.Job PurposeThe Program Administrator will assist in managing the business relationship between assigned customer and the manufacturing facility to ensure that customer expectations are met andor exceeded. This person will also help in managing customer backlog to meet required on time delivery, resolving AR issues, driving E&O resolution and reporting key business indicators. The Program Administrator will be processing customer RMA(s) Order Entry and change notices. This person must understand contractual obligations by all parties and ensure that they are fulfilled (e.g. payment, delivery, inv, etc).Nature Of Duties ResponsibilitiesInteracts with customers, company sales andor service representatives and handles a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.Updates databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returned inventory.Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules.Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documentsforms.May schedule field service repair calls.Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.Support the business relationship between assigned customer(s) and the manufacturing facility ensuring that Customer Expectations are met andor exceeded.Support the Program Manager in commercial management of customer(s) including product margin, product pricing (Price effectively, Inventory Re-valuation), Excess & Obsolete Material issues, Accounts Receivable Issues, with the customer.Understand the customer(s) contract terms and its implications on the order process.Manage the customer(s) backlogdemand and work with planning to ensure proper MRPDRP runs. Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree in related field preferred2 -4 years customer service experienceExcellent communication skills to develop and maintain proactive customer interactionMust be able to work independently & quickly while under pressure in a fast paced environmentDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to multitaskProficient in Microsoft Office (WordExcelPowerPoint)Team Player This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
