The Opportunity The Business Excellence Lead will be an impact multiplier to the Sr. Director and serve as part of the Strategic Deal Team Leadership. You will play a pivotal role in guiding and optimizing pricing, contract, and RFP related processes. You will drive strategic project initiatives focused on the evolution of how we partner with our stakeholders while driving contract excellence and overall improvements to contract performance. You will have the direct opportunity in further strengthening the impact of the Strategic Deal Team to our patients, customers, and Roche. Key Responsibilities: Leads strategic planning for Strategic Deal Team and acts as a project manager for key initiatives by establishing agile and fit-for-purpose approach, measuring progress based on key metrics and ensuring delivery of outcomes on time and within committed resources Develop and implement process excellence initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business outcomes Partners with the Strategic Deal Team leaders to ensure holistic, enterprise-wide alignment of priorities and integration between functions Collaborates and partners directly with members of the operational excellence team to accurately observe and map existing processes Provide training and coaching to members of Strategic Deal Team on process excellence concepts, tools, and techniques Leads the development and framework of continual insight and measures of success along the customers deal journey Key business partner with other Roche networks, and actively contribute to the People Practices and transformation topics to drive culture and aligned with Roche values and operating principles Coordinate and direct team communication and create executive level presentations for town halls or other large team evens Who You Are Bachelor's Degree in Business or related filed 7 years previous related experience or related work experience Effectively navigate, communicate and collaborate within a networked environment Understands and appreciates the intensity of a high performance organization and is intrinsically motivated to remove obstacles to enable the organization's success Adept in building a purpose-driven culture of inclusion, agility and excellence Define and clearly communication priorities with a strong focus on areas that add value Proven ability to develop and present sound proposals and recommendations Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence and interact across multiple roles and levels in the Roche organization Strong business acumen and ability to learn complex topics rapidly Preferred Experience Lean/6Sigma Certification Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use data and data systems to capture and articulate data Excellent conflict management and presentation skills Who we are At Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
