Job Description: Our Clinical Staff Pharmacists are integral members of the multidisciplinary care team, serving as key resources for antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and optimized pharmaceutical dosing. You will assist with medication histories, monitor patients' drug therapies, and provide essential drug information. As the Clinical Staff Pharmacists, you will deliver pharmacy services to patients, nurses, physicians, and other medical staff by interpreting and evaluating the validity and safety of orders and prescriptions. Compensation and Benefits: Our client offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $125,000 to $180,000 commensurate with your experience, education, certifications, and skill set. Special Benefits of the Night Lead Role: Night shift hourly differential: Weekday night: +$6/hour (after 11 PM until end of shift). Weekend night: +$9.50/hour (after 11 PM until end of shift) Night Hours Incentive Program: Quarterly lump sum payment of 3.0% of total gross wages earned for all night shift hours during the quarter. Option to work up to 8 additional admin/office hours per two-week pay period. Onsite parking for night shifts. Up to $5,000 Allied Health Bonus available for qualified candidates, paid out in three installments over two years. Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates: $1,000 cash allowance and up to $8,200 managed budget. Key Responsibilities: Integrate core clinical pharmacy knowledge with dispensing and order review activities. Perform core clinical activities, including order verification, pharmacokinetics, IV to PO conversions, and therapeutic interchange. Collaborate closely with support staff, providing guidance and direction as needed. Assume essential leadership responsibilities in the absence of a designated leader. Work as part of a two-pharmacist team during overnight hours, supporting inpatient pharmacy services. Patient Populations Served: Includes oncology, surgery, medicine, cardiology, pediatrics, adult, and pediatric critical care, peri-operative, psychology, same-day infusions, renal, and rehabilitation. Education Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (preferred) or Bachelor of Science Degree from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy. ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience preferred. Licensed Pharmacist in the State of Vermont required. Experience Requirements: At least two years of clinical pharmacist experience in a health system preferred. Req Number: 2421
