The L&D Administrator will be integral to the L&D department, supporting a variety of functions such as LMS administration, data analysis, process documentation, and serving as the main contact for employees and vendors. • This position is a hybrid role and requires being in our Waltham office a minimum of three (3) days per week. • Base Salary Range : $50,000 - $55,000 plus quarterly bonus potential A Day in the Life... • Communicating with other departments to update and maintain integrity and accuracy of documentation, invoicing, forecasting and program management • Serving as the point of contact for vendor/software invoice tracking • Entering and importing data from various software • Maintaining data integrity and accuracy • Performing internal data audits regularly • Capturing and documenting new processes across the organization • Supporting our learning management system via reporting and metrics as needed • Updating our learning management system with new users and removing users as necessary • Recording and publishing meeting minutes and status updates for recurring team meetings • Organizing content and keeping our SharePoint site clean and easy to navigate About You... • College degree and/or 1- 3 years of experience as administrator • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and video/virtual conferencing platforms (zoom and teams) • Self-motivated team player with a desire and drive to learn and grow • Detail oriented while multi-tasking being able to switch between tasks quickly and efficiently • Operate efficiently, learn, adapt quickly, and lean forward • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written • Forward-thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail • Tech savvy - able to quickly learn how and when to use various software Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Zoom, Canva, etc • Learning Management System (LMS) experience is a plus • Ability to work independently Perks... • Awesome co-workers, exciting atmosphere, and a modern, bright workspace! • 10 paid holidays and generous paid vacation time • Free on-site snacks, lunch, and beverages • Cell phone reimbursement • Robust benefit plan including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability coverage • 401K with 6% Company match Perfect your Pay.
