Job Description Experience Required: 0 to 6 months Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent Certification or Licensing Preferred: Pharmacy Certification Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age Job Responsibilities: Welcome and assist patients at all pharmacy entry points. Provide excellent patient care by addressing their needs and inquiries with empathy and enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work environment. Utilize pharmacy computer for efficient prescription processing. Support team to enhance department efficiency. Execute company initiatives and programs. Adhere to company, state, and federal policies and regulations. Complete training program and exams. Handle sales transactions. Manage inventory levels by ordering and stocking supplies. Answer telephone inquiries and resolve customer concerns. File written prescriptions daily.
