Job Description Our Sous Chefs supervise and plan the preparation of high quality/presentation food to our residents, guests, and associates, to promote an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere. What will I do every day? Assist in the production of creatively designed menus Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dishes which appeal o the residents Assist the Executive Chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner Train and develop new kitchen associates What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player Be a progressive and creative thinker Be a high school graduate (preferred) Have one to three years of cooking experience What's in it for me?
