SAP CRM Functional Analyst - Level 2

Our client is looking for an SAP CRM Functional Analyst to join their team in Mason, OH! The SAP CRM Functional Analyst will be responsible for: collaborating with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies; demonstrating an informed knowledge of the customer relationship management area to resolve problems on an ongoing basis; supporting several moderately complex business processes; the collection, analysis, and documentation of a client's business requirements; and working with a team to implement solutions. Top skills you need to have: Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CRM gathering requirements, configuring and customizing Minimum 1 full lifecycle implementation in SAP CRM Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management Experience managing user requests, inquiries and troubleshooting problems in an Enterprise Systems landscape, and acting as 2nd level support to users High School Diploma/GED, required; Bachelor's degree, preferred Experience working with different areas of CRM together through the integration of SAPs (BW, ECC, SCM ,GW ) and SAP ERP software solutions preferred ABAP experience with ability to debug preferred Experience in SolMan - ChaRM preferred About Golden Technology Golden Technology was founded in 1997 with the goal of developing people and driving innovation.
