Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Concord, NH, 03301 Job Type: 14 Weeks Contract Guarantee: 32 Shifts Available: Day, Night, and Weekend Shifts Proposed schedule: WK#1 Sun, Mon, Wed, Thur WK#2 Sun, Mon, Thur, Fri Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents/patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Monitor and record vital signs to ensure the well-being of residents/patients. Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans. Foster a supportive and empathetic environment for residents/patients and their families. Uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety. Qualifications: Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in NH High School Diploma or equivalent.
