Come Join our team!CNC Machinist Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Machinist Programmer at Quantum-Manufacturing based in Auburn Hills, MI. The CNC Machinist Programmer will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines, producing high-quality parts according to specifications, and conducting quality control inspections. They will also collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency.Work Schedule:Mon-Thru 6a.m. - 4p.m.Fri 6a.m. - 2p.m.Sat (optional) 6 a.m.-12p.m.QualificationsProven experience as a CNC MachinistAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Proficient in operating and programming CNC machinesAbility to create cutter path by programming in G&M-code and or CADCAMExperience with a variety of machining materials and tools.Ability to create fixtures and work holding jigs.Strong attention to detail and quality controlAbility to process job with minimal help.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine and tooling issues.Good communication and teamwork skillsA high school diploma or equivalentAdditional technical certifications or relevant training is a plus.We are also seeking to fill the following position:Conventional Machinist Role DescriptionWe are also Looking for an all-around toolroom machinistcapable of running conventional lathes, mills, grinders, sawswelding and fabrication would be a bonusself-motivate Care BenefitsMedical: cafeteria plan with both HMO and PPOM plans with various riders through Priority HealthDental: through Delta DentalVision: through EyeMedLife and Personal Insurance: through Prudential's multiple ridersFinancial BenefitsPaid half hour lunch.6 HolidaysPaid Vacation 1-3 weeks per year prorated, starting at 1 week for 1st year and progressing by 1 week each year until 3-week max is met.
