Job Description The Project Manager- Fire Alarm Installations will oversee fire alarm installations across our clients US supply chain facilities (Distribution Centers), This role involves managing contractors, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both fire alarm systems and project management. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Manage fire alarm projects from start to finish. Manage and report on budgets, review technical drawings. Coordinate procurement, billing, and contractor activities. Conduct site surveys, inspections, and oversee project documentation. Ensure compliance with fire alarm codes (NFPA) and safety regulations. Skills and Requirements 5+ years in the fire alarm/life safety or physical security industry. 2+ years of project management experience (5+ years preferred). Knowledge of fire alarm codes and ability to interpret technical drawings. Experience with Edwards EST4, Honeywell Notifier and other fire alarm products. Experience managing Fire Alarm installations in large commercial, and industrial environments highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, executive level reporting NICET Level 2 or higher preferred. Must live within 1-hour of Bentonville, AR, and able to travel 20-30%.
