Senior Process Engineer

Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our Rolling Mill team in Cleveland, OH . In this role, you will focus on optimizing and enhancing the efficiency of a new product line. Your responsibilities will include improving and supporting existing systems for data reporting and analysis, collecting and communicating product, process, and quality data, and recommending and implementing process improvements to boost quality and efficiency through detailed analysis. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related degree. 2-5 years plus experience working in a heavy manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues related to production and product quality. Experience with quality and processes. Experience with SPC & Data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your Impact: Enhance Product Performance: You will understand and optimize the effects of process changes on product performance. Root Cause Analysis: You will Identify and resolve process-related defects, improving final product quality.
