Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description As a Quality Engineer, you will develop and implement procedures from various industry and aerospace specifications. You will investigate, assess, and resolve production problems in a team environment and represent Quality for Programs and Customers. Your responsibilities include reviewing drawings for flowdown and best practices, planning and reviewing component testing and traceability documentation, defining and controlling circuit card assembly processes for radiation hardened environments, and reviewing and approving component FAI's. You will coordinate the completion of customer FAI's, support in-process product reviews, prepare and review Acceptance Data Packages, and support audits for both customers and internally. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. Work Environment Work for a fast-growing aerospace company at the forefront of their technology, heavily involved with large space and defense primes. This role offers opportunities for growth and the chance to see the direct impact of your work on the business. Flexible work schedule options include either four 10-hour days from Monday to Thursday with every Friday off or four 9-hour days from Monday to Thursday and a half-day on Friday.
