Job Description Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the daily processing of orders that are ready to be invoiced and delivered to the customer. This position must adhere to strict KPI timeframes with regards to order processing and case management. The position will have set daily/weekly goals to be met to provide our business with the adequate support for our customer base. Primary Responsibilities Daily processing of open orders in a billable status resulting in a customer-facing invoice Processing of cases via SFDC case queues to progress orders through the lifecycle Invoice delivery to customers Hosting of daily POD calls: cross-functional calls that assist the business with driving process improvement on order management lifecycles Fields and manages requests from the business for escalation of invoicing to occur Invoice requests from Collections/Cash Applications/Customers; account updates as required Account reconciliation for special delivery customers Completeness and accuracy of daily processing Data analytic on account records Qualifications: Qualifications Basic Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED 2+ years of business experience in a general office environment, demonstrating a working knowledge of billing policies and procedures and various automated accounting systems Intermediate Excel skills (LOOKUPs, pivot tables) Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business administration Ability to manage own time, activities and resources to ensure department standards are met on a consistent basis. Ability to work independently as well as a team environment. Ability to predictably and regularly attend work during scheduled hours.
