Customer Service Specialists are responsible for providing excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers. This includes assisting customers, answering questions about products, recommending solutions, and resolving concerns promptly to ensure maximum client satisfaction. The role also involves staying up-to-date with product features, maintaining high product standards, and achieving sales goals. The position is open at multiple store locations in Massachusetts. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services Building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers Processing sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures Following and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Minimum requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the country of employment, able to communicate in English and Spanish, and willing to work all scheduled hours. Preferred qualifications include having a valid, unrestricted Driver's License, a High School diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
