Senior Data Center Infrastructure Engineer - 232170 Direct Hire Hybrid in Brooklyn, NY (2 Days Remote & 3 Days Onsite) Unable to provide sponsorship now or in the future Our client is a healthcare system located in the New York area, looking to bring on a Sr. Data Center Infrastructure Engineer onto their team due to growth, and an internal promotion! This person will be responsible for supporting and overseeing various data center and infrastructure projects, and providing configuration/troubleshooting. Experience supporting Active Directory, Azure, VMWare and Citrix environments & strong communication skills will be crucial for this role! This position is Direct Hire & Hybrid - 2 Days Remote & 3 Days Onsite in Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities: Support, oversee and serve as the lead for various data center and infrastructure projects. Implementation, configuration, design, and maintenance of virtual infrastructure. Provide support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Azure VMs, Citrix, VMWare and Windows Servers. Troubleshoot and resolve software and server issues. Establishes and maintains technical procedures for data center server, storage, and Active Directory infrastructure. Collaborate with vendors, team members, and Networking & Technical Systems teams as needed. Organize and prioritize multiple projects being supported in order to meet deadlines. Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration for Azure and Microsoft 365, Exchange email, and a data backup system. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience as an Infrastructure Engineer or similar role. Azure and Active Directory (AD) experience. Hands-on experience within data centers/data infrastructure configuration and design. VMWare, Server and Citrix experience. Healthcare Industry experience (BONUS) Have one of the following certifications: MCSE, MCSA, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or Azure Administrator Associate.
