Make a Difference The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides advanced administrative and secretarial support services to the Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (Chief Diversity Officer), the VP of Talent Management, and the VP of Human Resources. This support includes coordinating, planning, overseeing, and managing a wide variety of events, activities and confidential assignments. The Sr. Admin must have excellent rapport with physicians, caregivers, board members, volunteers, patients, and visitors. This individual will oversee day-to-day operations of the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and serve as the office's primary contact for network caregivers and the communities we serve. This position requires a high degree of responsibility, accountability, flexibility, confidentiality, and discretion. The Sr. Admin Assistant must be self-directed and demonstrate initiative to seek and prioritize work. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving. High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive secretarial experience, executive/administrative assistant level or office management experience, preferably in the healthcare field Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to the Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Must be proficient with Outlook Ability to coordinate, lead, prioritize, and/or manage multiple projects competently Demonstrated higher level of integrity and reliability Exceptional interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills Must be organized and detail oriented Why Community?
