Tualatin, OR. Manager Application Development Provides application software development services. Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications. Codes, tests, debugs and documents software applications. Analyzes requirements, tests and integrates application components. Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented. Provides technical management of IT operation. Manages professional associates and/or supervisors. Advises on financial planning and budgeting. Develops financial plans and forecasts. Monitors and manages IT expenditure, ensuring that all IT financial targets are met, and examining any areas where budgets and expenditure exceed their agreed tolerances. Experience and Required Skills: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer and Information Systems Manager or related field and 3 years of experience in Utility CIS (Electricity, Water & Gas) and industry implementation and management of large teams. Or Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Software Engineering, Computer and Information Systems Manager, Computer Application or related field and 5 years of experience in Utility CIS (Electricity, Water & Gas) and industry implementation and management of large teams. All experience and requirements may be gained concurrently after achievement of the degree. Compensation Range: $125,790.00 - $233,610.00 Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
