Overview We are hiring an Inpatient Physical Therapist Assistant at Frazier Rehab Institute! Location: 220 Abraham Flexner Way, Louisville, KY 40202 (downtown location) Specifics: Full Time 1st shift  Responsibilities Job Summary: Reports to physical therapist when re-evaluations are needed and or changes in patient status. Delegates tasks and duties as indicated. Performs documentation per policy and procedures ( progress notes, discharge summary, and multi-disciplinary education and treatment plan forms).
