The Position: Account Executive We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic, growing team, headquartered in Bolingbrook, IL. You will be pivotal in driving sales growth by cultivating relationships and promoting our products & services. The ideal candidate will excel in prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be expected to · Manage a schedule for new business development through lead-referral and personal pipeline development. · Manage an existing customer base, capitalizing on new business within those customers · Develop and manage a sales plan working with a Sales Manager experienced in the industry · Prepare and present presentations on multi-product designs and programs · Maintain and update our networked CRM with activity, opportunities, etc. · Manage and nurture customer relationships and expectations Benefits: · Salary, Commission Guarantee, Existing Business and Lead-referrals · Major Health Insurance, with plans for Dental, Vision, Life, and more · Retirement Plans with 401K/Safe-Harbor, Profit Sharing, Mileage, and other Sales Tools · Internal team to support sourcing, quoting, and customer service. Requirements: · Minimum Education of an associate's degree (AA) or equivalent, continuing education, or industry-specific training. · Minimum of two years of experience in Industrial Packaging business-to-business sales. · Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. · Within two business days of application, you will be sent a link to complete an online sales questionnaire.
