Job Type Full-time Description FlintCreek Cattle Co is looking for a motivated and dynamic Hourly Assistant General Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced manager who can get the best from their employees through respect, kindness, direct communication, and accountability. The Assistant General Manager's responsibilities include ensuring efficient restaurant operation while maintaining cost controls, quality, cleanliness, and customer service standards. Schedule for the AGM is set by the General Manager and will include nights and weekends. Our ideal candidate would have experience managing a high-volume restaurant and have a genuine passion for hospitality. Pay Range and Benefits Hourly wage is $40/hr 80 hours of PTO at the first of every year. Initial award prorated to date of hire. 1 hour of PSL earned for every 40 hours worked upon hire. Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and the 4th of July. Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period. 50% of medical is covered by employer. Fringe benefit allotted to use at your discretion once eligible for medical insurance. EAP available upon hire. Meals provided. Weekly pay days. Commitment to hospitality. Work ethic with high standard for integrity. Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as restaurant environment conditions. Communicate effectively while projecting and maintaining a positive demeanor in our team-oriented environment. Follow-up and follow through discipline. Initiate action and achieve goals. Organized, detailed and able to follow practices/procedures. Able to review, understand and analyze reporting results. 3-5 years of running, managing and leading a busy restaurant. Salary Description $40/hr
