FSDM integrates multiple aspects of finance into a cohesive and creative approach including: building strategy and integrated roadmap, governing standard deployment technology, implementing planning and forecasting, portfolio management, data science and analytics, and run state/service management. The Senior Analyst will provide support for the Anaplan planning technology utilized by the teams in FP&A and the wider Finance community. This position will assist the Finance team by partnering with the users to research and resolve issues and escalate requests when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the FP&A user community by investigating issues with the Anaplan tool raised in Service Now. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for assigned Anaplan models. Ensure data integrity between source systems and the global Anaplan tool. Collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement new capabilities to enhance the user experience. Prepare requirements and test scripts for system enhancements. Execute test scripts for technical fixes and enhancements impacting Maintainers in Anaplan. Update documentation as necessary. Qualifications Education: A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Systems/IT. Experience and Skills: Required: A minimum of one year Anaplan model builder experience. A minimum of three years Finance, IT, or related business experience. Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new business software tools and applications. Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills while working in a dynamic and agile team environment. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Work well in a collaborative environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements. Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight timelines. Preferred: Familiarity with Service Now. An MBA, CPA or CMA is a plus. Other: Commit to adhere to "JNJ Flex" (3 days working in the office, 2 days working from home). The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900 USD. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
