Luxury Car Dealership in Hinsdale, IL is seeking to fill a Full Time Office Position. Hours: 9:30am-6pm Monday-Friday Description We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant/ Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. Word and Excel knowledge, Car Dealership and CDK experience is required to apply. This individual will receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the callers business, and direct the caller to their destination. This position will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions in both accounts receivable and accounts payable. Responsibilities: Answers dealership phones Greets and receives customers, direct customers to the correct department Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Updates customer records Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents Reconcile and prepare daily deposits, reconcile and process daily credit card transactions Enter and finalize cash receipts and update receivable ledger Maintain sales tax exemption information Accounts payable reconciliation and send payments Accounts receivable reconcile, send statements, and accept payments Record, maintain, and process 1099 forms and reports stock in vehicles CDK Accounting system Required Qualifications: Dealership experience, CDK accounting system Word and Excel knowledge 10 key calculator Excellent communication skills Outgoing and positive demeanor Punctual with the ability to work 9:30am-6pm Able to clear a pre-employment background check Maintain a professional appearance Benefits : Hours 9:30am - 6:00pm Hourly rate: based on experience level Excellent Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance benefits Eight paid holidays PTO 401K retirement program with employer matching after 1 year Excellent work environment
