Summary: This position is the epicenter of the Marketing/Sales Department and provides a wide variety of support within the Marketing/Sales Department, which will help grow our Marketing and Sales efforts. The Marketing/Sales Administrative Assistant supports existing, new and potential clients; conducts market research projects that will capture potential new client contacts; and collects, organizes and reproduces company literature, presentations and proposals. The appropriate candidate for this role will be well organized, follows through on tasks, has a positive thoughtful & considerate attitude, and is transparent in all the work they perform. Parabit's clientele base is predominantly within the Financial, Security, Transportation, Education, Medical and Hospitality industries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides support to the Marketing/Sales team Creates and reviews Marketing/Sales content for collateral/website/social media & email campaigns identifying grammatical errors and layout concerns, and then suggesting appropriate changes Prints, collates and copies digital product brochures and presentations for meetings, webinars, tradeshows and conferences Performs market and industry research Organizes and updates tradeshow collateral, orders tradeshow booth accessories, creates tradeshow files and schedules tradeshow vendors, suppliers and subcontractors Gathers current marketplace information Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops Contributes to creative projects and brainstorming Provides current status for all assigned open projects Other duties as assigned/required Qualifications: Ideal candidate must have good interpersonal skills, be proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and have prior experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Education/Experience: 3 years of related experience, preferably within a Sales/Marketing Department, demonstrating excellent customer service skills Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Work requires an excellent command of the English Language. The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite and CRM Software Good organization skills and can establish, maintain and communicate adjustments in priorities Possess the ability to analyze and prioritize workload and timelines while maintaining and enhancing weekly communication reports on all department performance metrics Join an exceptional and energized team that shares a common belief in the value of creativity, operating with integrity, and leading through innovation.
