Your expertise will be instrumental in maximizing the potential of the Brevity CRM system, setting up automated workflows, and ensuring seamless data management. This position offers a unique blend of technical skills and client-focused tasks, providing a diverse and engaging work experience in the fast-paced world of real estate. Responsibilities Optimize and manage the Brevity CRM system to its full potential Design and implement automated response systems for efficient client communication Create and maintain automated market report distribution channels Monitor and nurture incoming leads through the CRM Develop and manage automated follow-up systems for client retention Integrate transaction data with client profiles in the CRM for comprehensive management Organize and update client information to ensure data accuracy and accessibility Assist in crafting and scheduling social media content to boost online presence Requirements Proven experience with Brevity CRM or similar CRM platforms Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent data management and analysis capabilities Effective written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology (preferred) Adaptability to learn new technologies and processes quickly Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work #J-18808-Ljbffr
