Responsibilities: Potentially supervise and run a small crew - depending on experience Excavate for and build bioretention facilities, rain gardens, ponds, sediment basins, and other storm-water management facilities/BMPs Muck out and re-grade ponds Shoot grades for stakeout and read/interpret cut sheets Operate skid-steer and/or mini excavator and/or heavy equipment to trench, grade, and excavate Run underdrain or E&S crew when not running larger equipment by running mini excavators and managing 2-3 man crew Complete other grading and excavation needs per the request of our clients Physical Requirements: Employee must be physically fit to perform duties of the job in all types of environments and conditions, including heavy lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling (up to 50 lbs.). Regularly required to sit and stand, must be able to use hands to fingers, handle or feel and verbally communicate and listen. Other physical requirements include walking, climbing, balancing, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending or crawling. Specific vision abilities required by the position include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Requirements: Eligible for employment in the United States 1-5 years' of experience with bobcat and/or mini excavator or larger equipment Ability to lift 50 lbs Reliable transportation Compensation: Up to $30/hr depending on experience Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance/Short Term Disability/Accident/Critical Illness/Hospital Confinement Paid Time Off 401 + Match
