Job Description Oversee the entire PPAP process Prepare and conduct internal IATF 16949 audits Delegate duties to junior engineers and technicians Work directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods Generate documentation and standards for new products Work with supply chain team to provide updates to customers on lead times, recommend alternatives MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
