Primary Responsibilities/Duties Review weekly time records for completeness and accuracy Answer escalated payroll related questions and/or correct paycheck errors, and adjustments, working with managers and HR depending on severity Run reports during Semimonthly payroll process to find any potential errors Address and resolve employee questions about their pay Lead the processing of weekly payroll of employees, including fixing errors as they arise with the system Process Final Pays in accordance with State Laws Export, prepare, and load HSA and 401k files weekly Manage wage levys, child support and other wage related compliance efforts in a timely and accurate fashion Maintains up to date and high-level knowledge of our payroll system Prepare reports to relevant departments about payroll, company budget and expenses. Prepare ad-hoc reports as necessary Assists HR Generalist when onboarding new hire employees Works closely with HR to complete aligned tasks as they arise Comfortable with occasionally taking on tasks using prior experience with little direction,onPayroll, HR, and occasional accountingside Experience and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Collaborative phone and email skills to reach shared goals Computer skills: proficient in MS Office Suite, Excel and has worked with various payroll related software and time reporting applications Ability to adapt to changing processes and softwares Preferred Qualifications Bachelors degree or formal post-high school education and/or certificate in accounting or related field 3 or more years of payroll experience Detail-oriented, deadline/goal-driven Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment ADP experience required
