In this role, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of CSRs, managing escalations, processes, and workflow. The qualified candidate will have 2+ years of work-related supervisory or management experience in a healthcare-related field. Position Details: Location: Norwood, MA Work Model: Hybrid Degree: Required Duties and responsibilities include holding the Customer Service team accountable for productivity and accuracy goals, setting and reporting key performance indicators, creating strategies and procedures to meet department goals, coordinating ongoing training, leading individual and team meetings, managing workload distribution, and more. Required skills include great customer service skills, strong attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication abilities, and an ability to prioritize and complete work in a fast-paced environment.
