Stellar is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in land development design and permitting. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing all processes required for producing design documents (plans, specifications, calculations, reports, etc.) that will be used from conceptual design for client approval all the way through construction level documents and construction phase services. Inter-discipline coordination, BIM clash detection, shop drawing reviews, and site inspections will be required. The candidate must be a team player and committed to the quality of work generated.
