Job Position Description: The individual applying for this position must have a vast array of experience in carpentry work, painting, drywall installation/repair, ceramic tiles work as well as minimal knowledge of electric and plumbing. The Remodeling Crew Member must have their own tools, have reliable transportation and have a current, valid Driver's License. As a Full-Time employee, you would be eligible for benefits such as paid sick days, vacation days and paid Holidays. Drug Test and Physical required. We are a Drug-Free Zero Tolerance Employer (we do not discriminate against individuals for off-duty use of lawful products). This position will provide 40+ hour work weeks along with overtime for all hours worked over 40. Requirements: - 3 years minimum experience in remodeling -Valid driver's license and social security card -Strong work ethic -Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment - Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to: - Trim carpentry - Tile laying - Door hanging - Drywall installation and repair - Utilize hand tools and operate heavy equipment as necessary - Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications - Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship - Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required - Reliable transportation Experience: - 3 years minimum experience in remodeling - Proven experience in remodeling and construction projects - Proficiency in the following areas: - Trim carpentry - Tile laying - Door hanging - Drywall installation and repair Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour "We Build Careers" - Steve White, President and COO With over 300 locations across North America and Canada, PuroClean is leading the industry in emergency property restoration services, by helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage.
