We are looking for an Office/Purchasing Manager to organize, coordinate, and manager office operations and procedures, to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. We are looking for a take charge dependable person, who will assume responsibility for the day to day back-office operations of our company and keep us all organized. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative/operational challenges of supporting a small office of a fast-paced business environment. This person will support and report directly to the owner of the business, while supporting our sales and field operations staff. We are looking for someone who tech savvy, high energy, hardworking, go getter, polished, strong communication skills, trustworthy, and dependable. Someone with a can-do attitude, who is on time, who goes above and beyond what is asked of them. We are looking for a person who can run the show and be the glue that keeps us all moving in the same direction. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate personnel Ordering office supplies and maintaining offices/experience center Ordering equipment for our upcoming projects, create/process purchase orders, negotiate with vendors for the best prices/terms, ensure vendors meet quality standards, purchase inventory items and field supplies Daily management of the inventory in our warehouse including: Order, receive, identify, scan, and stage materials/equipment in the warehouse according to established inventory procedures Maintain records of inventory and necessary operating materials Maintain product pricing and other databases Collecting/processing payments/invoices when necessary Provide general support to visitors, and general customer service Partner with owners to maintain office policies as necessary Maintain and manage our fleet of trucks and keep track of maintenance Organize and plan training and educational meetings, travel, and customer/vendor events Manage our recurring revenue streams of income Assist sales or installation teams Other projects or duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in MS Office Suite Technology savvy Data entry experience Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Ability to work well under pressure Ability to grasp the big picture Analytical thinking skills Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record. Social media posting/management Prior experience in low voltage/AV/Contruction/technology a big plus! HOURS: 8:00am to 4:30pm M-F with flexibility LOCATION: Miami Circle in Buckhead, Atlanta.
