This role supports, represents and manages the subk performance to meet the business needs, efficiency requirements, automation of tasks and objectives of the organization. Core Responsibilities Area SOM Role 1)Manage Suppliers Operational Performance to fulfill HP and Customer requirements 2)Act as POC for all Supplier delivery in designated Area, excluding deployments (except for SEC) • Supplier Delivery : Operational Metrics and D2D Open WO Management/Hygiene • Customer SAT/Escalations: • Work with HEM SDM to address/resolve escalations, develop get well plans to recover customer/avoid restriction • Local/Regional Customer - ASOM Manage escalations directly with SDM • National Account - ASOM to engage with CSOM / VAM • Act as POC for Supplier induced escalations within the Area. Ensure escalation data is fed to the escalation tracker for monitoring and reporting purposes. • Organize planning/performance review mtgs with Supplier, country SOM & Area team. • Create agenda topics and utilize standardized meeting template for all area • HEM to prepare Ops Update Slides (initiate weekly - transition to bi-weekly) • Planning/action worksheet (owned by ASOM), standard template for all areas • Provide oversight and facilitate operational enablement of POT territories (Act as POC for Bank?) 3)Engage Country SOM as necessary: • If Area level operational metrics for Supplier are not in line with HP expectations, engage country SOM to define corrective action from the supplier. • Corrective actions for National Accounts • Collaborate with Country SOM and AOM on Area level forecast and capacity planning for Supplier Work with Country Level SOM to consolidate and communicate HP requirements and process improvement opportunities to Supplier Work closely with Business Process team for seamless changes, adds, moves of tools and application as well as user training. Documentation, workflow and application workbooks. Interview business leaders to understand business drivers and the requirements of tools to support these drivers and business objectives. Develop Corrective Action Plans with appropriate parties to correct and avoid disruptions. Prepare communications (primarily in PowerPoint) that follow a logically reasoned, data-supported approach, allowing executives to understand the details linked to the big picture. Education & Experience Required Demonstrated leadership in program management at scale. High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio Advanced Project management Exceptional communication, writing & presentation skills, with the ability to cater messaging to all levels of the company Diplomacy and ability to influence without authority Experience with service delivery tools such as FSM, CDAX, phone automation and AI Self-Disciplined /Independent worker (ability to provide results without management monitoring) Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflow Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups Change management skills Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize Ability to interact with users in other regions and influence outcomes Excellent planning and organizational skills.
