SCHEDULE - Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm SALARY RATE - Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 / year ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily Workflow Requests Assist with website help requests and profile creation/maintenance. Handle Partstock help requests and profile creation/maintenance. Manage ST integration requests. Lead customer facing and internal communications regarding help and creation/maintenance requests Digital Solution Profile and Product List Creation/Maintenance Create and maintain digital solution profiles for new and existing customers. Create and maintain digital solution product lists for customers and internal team members. Manage and maintain website Global Product Lists. Purge old web profiles (24 months without login). Solution Testing and Troubleshooting Partner with our IT team and the corporate Johnstone Services Team to test and troubleshoot solutions for product launches and enhancements (e.g., new product launches, new website tool releases, internal tool releases). Coordinate efforts to resolve daily technical issue reports from field users. Department Reporting and Data Generate JEN web-user reports. Coordinate ST catalog and price file maintenance. Compile sales history from company database for building customer product lists. SEO Manage SLI platform SEO (with data provided by Product Category Mgrs. and Sales & Marketing leaders). Manage and maintain SEO and banner content campaigns. Perform SLI cleanup, purge, and maintenance. Other content development, coordination, and maintenance projects As a part of the Digital Solutions and Business Development teams, the Digital Solution Specialist will occasionally be assigned new tasks that involve creation, coordination, and administration of content for new projects. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED; 4 to 6 years of Branch manager or at least 4 years as an assistant manager in the wholesale industry Knowledge of wholesale distribution branch operations, including order fulfillment, inventory control, customer service, showroom merchandising, shipping and receiving, and sales. Ability to use PC-based spreadsheets and word processing programs (MS Word/Excel). General knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures, including procurement, storage, forecasting, and handling dead inventory. General knowledge of sales and marketing processes and techniques to drive sales. Knowledge of governmental regulations as applied to product distribution, including OSHA regulations, Worker's Compensation, and Hazardous Materials Handling.
